Section 68IAC2-3-7. Reapplication for denied license

  •    (a) A person whose application for an occupational license has been denied may not reapply for an occupational license of the same or higher level for a period of one (1) year from the date on which the commission voted to deny the application without leave of the commission.

      (b) A person whose application for an occupational license was denied may seek leave of the commission to reapply within the one (1) year period by addressing the request to the commission through the executive director. The commission may require the applicant to present oral or written argument to the commission outlining why an exception should be made.
