Section 68IAC2-1-12. Request for hearing on notice of denial or nonrenewal

   (a) Unless specifically stated to the contrary, a notice of denial of a casino owner's license application shall not constitute a finding that the applicant is not suitable for licensure.

  (b) An applicant who is served with a notice of denial or a casino licensee who is served with a notice of nonrenewal under this rule may request a hearing under 68 IAC 7.

  (c) If the applicant or casino licensee does not request a hearing, the notice of denial or nonrenewal becomes the final order of the commission.
