Section 68IAC14-16-2. Notice of counterfeit chips

   (a) The riverboat licensee or riverboat license applicant shall notify the gaming agent and the executive director immediately upon the discovery of a counterfeit chip.

  (b) The executive director or the gaming agent may take possession of the counterfeit chip.

  (c) The executive director shall determine the disposition of any counterfeit chip including, but not limited to, destruction of a counterfeit chip in accordance with section 3 of this rule.
