Section 680IAC2-4-8. "Chief inspector" defined

  •    "Chief inspector" means the person employed and so designated by the commissioner, who shall have direct supervision over the work of other state inspectors, under the general supervision of the director, and perform such other duties as the director may prescribe. At the discretion of the commissioner, the positions of director and chief inspector may be combined.
