Section 680IAC2-4-33. "New installation" defined

"New installation" means and includes any boiler or unfired pressure vessel installed and placed in operation after the first day of July 1953, the effective date of the Indiana Boiler and Pressure Vessel Law, which initially required boilers and unfired pressure vessels to be constructed, installed, inspected, and repaired to a standard.
