Section 680IAC2-3-1. Duties of director of the division

   The director of the division shall be responsible for the conduct of the division's office and the supervision of the other employees and shall perform all other administrative functions assigned by the commissioner as set forth in IC 22-15-2-3 [IC 22-15-2-3 was repealed by P.L.22-2005, SECTION 56, effective April 15, 2005.]. The director shall perform the duties of the secretary of the rules board.
