Section 680IAC2-4-29. "Miniature boiler" defined

  •    "Miniature boiler" means any boiler which does not exceed any of the following limits:

    (1) Sixteen (16) inches inside diameter of shell.

    (2) Five (5) cubic feet gross volume (exclusive of casing and insulation).

    (3) Twenty (20) square feet of water heating surface.

    (4) One hundred (100) psig maximum allowable working pressure.
