Section 680IAC2-4-19. "Hot water heating boiler" defined

"Hot water heating boiler" means a boiler which is used for heating water primarily for space heating purposes and is operated at a pressure not exceeding one hundred sixty (160) psig and a temperature not exceeding two hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit (250°F).
