Section 675IAC18-1.6-10. Chapter 10; boilers, water heaters, and pressure vessels

(a) Amend Section 1001.1 by inserting Exception 8 to read as follows: Boilers, water heaters, and pressure vessels regulated by the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Board (680 IAC) under IC 22-13-2-9 are not regulated by this code.
