  •    (a) The provisions of 675 IAC 15-2-88675 IAC 15-2-104 and Part A of Article 550 of the Indiana Electrical Code (675 IAC 17-1 [675 IAC 17-1 was repealed filed Feb 17, 1987, 3:15 p.m.: 10 IR 1389, eff Mar 1, 1987 [IC 4-22-2-36 suspends the effectiveness of a rule document for thirty (30) days after filing with the secretary of state.       (b) A mobile structure not intended as a dwelling unit, as for example, equipped for sleeping purposes only, contractor's on-site offices, construction job dormitories, mobile studio dressing rooms, banks, clinics, mobile stores or intended for display or demonstration of merchanidse or machinery, shall not be required to meet the provisions of this section pertaining to the number or capacity of circuits required. It shall, however, meet all other applicable requirements of this section if provided with an electrical installation intended to be energized from a 115-volt or 115/230-volt AC power supply system.

      (c) The provisions of this section apply to mobile structures intended for connection to a wiring system nominally rated 115/230-volts, 3-wire AC, grounded neutral.

      (d) In addition to the requirements of this section and Article 550 of the Indiana Electrical Code (675 IAC 17-1 [675 IAC 17-1 was repealed filed Feb 17, 1987, 3:15 p.m.: 10 IR 1389, eff Mar 1, 1987 [IC 4-22-2-36 suspends the effectiveness of a rule document for thirty (30) days after filing with the secretary of state.
