Section 675IAC15-2-22. Ceiling height

Latest version.

Every habitable room shall have a minimum ceiling height of not less than seven feet (7ʹ) in at least fifty percent (50%) of its required area with no portion of the required area less than five feet (5ʹ) in height. Hallways shall have a minimum ceiling height of six feet and six inches (6ʹ 6").
