Section 675IAC14-4.3-70. Section R404.1.2; concrete foundation walls

Delete SECTION R404.1.2 and substitute to read as follows: Concrete foundation walls shall be constructed as set forth in TABLES R404.1.1(1), R404.1.1(2), R404.1.1(3), and R404.1.1(4) and shall also comply with the provisions of this section and the applicable provisions of SECTION R402.2. In Seismic Design Category C₁, TABLE R404.1.1(1) may be used only when the height of the unbalanced fill is 4 feet (1,219 mm) or less.
