Change SECTION M1201.1 to read as follows: The provisions of Chapters 1, 2, and 12 through 24 shall regulate the design, installation, and alteration of any part of the permanent heating, ventilating, and air conditioning for a Class 1 structure-townhouse or a Class 2 structure-1 or 2 family dwelling.
