Section 675IAC14-4.3-109. Section R606.11; seismic requirements

The seismic requirements of this section shall apply to the design of above grade masonry walls and the construction of above grade masonry elements located in seismic design category C and C₁. Structures located in seismic design category C and C₁ shall also comply with the requirements in Section R606.11.2. These requirements shall not apply to glass units conforming to Section R610, masonry veneer conforming to Section R703.7, or below grade masonry foundation walls conforming to Section R404.
