Section 675IAC12-9-8. Permit fees

   Each application for a permit or certificate covered by this rule (675 IAC 12-9) shall be accompanied by a check for the amount of the fee established in the commission's fee schedule under 675 IAC 12-3. Checks shall be made payable to the Fire and Building Services Fund.
