Section 675IAC12-4-10. Moved buildings or structures

   All buildings or structures that are moved into the state shall comply with, or be made to comply with, the requirements of the commission for new construction for their intended use at their new location. All buildings or structures that are moved within the state, or to a new location on the same site, shall comply with, or shall be made to comply with, section 11(a) or 11(b) of this rule.
