Section 675IAC12-3-5. Explosive magazine permit fee

(a) An application for issuance of a regulated explosive magazine permit shall be accompanied by payment to the Fire and Building Services Fund in an amount as follows:

Type 1, 4, or 5each $138

Type 2, 3, or indoor each $69

(b) An application to annually renew a regulated explosive magazine permit shall be accompanied by payment to the Fire and Building Services Fund in an amount as follows:

Type 1, 4, or 5each $69

Type 2, 3, or indooreach $35
