Section 65IAC3-3-2.2. Retailer fees

2. An applicant for:

(1) a certificate of authority;

(2) the renewal of an existing certificate of authority; or

(3) a duplicate or amended certificate of authority;

shall pay a nonrefundable application fee in an amount to be determined by the director in accordance with IC 4-30-3-15.
