Section 65IAC1-1-14. Delegation of authority

   (a) In case of the absence of any officer or employee of the commission, or for any other reason that the commission or the director may deem sufficient, the commission (in the case of the chair or the vice chair) or the director (in the case of any other officer or employee) may delegate the powers or duties of such officer or employee to any other officer or employee, for the time being.

  (b) In the case of a delegation of authority by the commission, a majority of the entire commission must concur in the delegation.
