Section 631IAC1-1-28. Reports by employers

  •    (a) Employers who have been granted by the board a certificate of financial ability to pay direct compensation in the amount and manner and when due, as provided in the Indiana worker's compensation act (IC 22-3-2 through IC 22-3-6) and the Indiana worker's occupational diseases act (IC 22-3-7), as well as those who have not been granted such certificate, must make all reports required by the act upon forms that are prescribed by the board.

      (b) All accident reports under IC 22-3-4-13 shall be filed electronically with the board as prescribed by the board for that purpose.

      (c) Reports of disablements occasioned by an occupational disease under IC 22-3-7-37 shall also be filed electronically.
