Section 620IAC1-3-4. Permanent variances; grounds for issuance

  •    The commission shall grant a permanent variance from a standard when an employer, following the procedures stated in 620 IAC 1-3, establishes that the conditions, practices, means, methods, operations, or processes it uses or proposes to use will be as safe and healthful to employees as those which would prevail if it complied with the standard.
