Section 575IAC1-9-47. Lamps and signals; miscellaneous

(a) Each bus must have the following:
(1) An ignition-activated body cut-off switch.
(2) Identification and side marker lamps.
(b) Three (3) clearance lights with at least one (1) two-candlepower bulb each must be mounted in the center of the front and the back of the bus at the highest points and in a horizontal plane with other clearance lights.
(c) Each bus must be equipped with amber side-mounted turn signal lamps to be mounted as follows:
(1) The turn signal lamp on the left side must be mounted rearward of the stop signal arm.
(2) The turn signal lamp on the right side must be mounted rearward of the entrance door.
