Section 560IAC2-6-8. Time limits

Latest version.
  •    (a) How certain time limits are set. In instances where 560 IAC 2 [this article], IC 20-7.5-1, and IC 4-21.5-3 do not provide a time by which an act must be accomplished, the chairman, hearing officer, hearing examiner, board, or an agent of the board may set the time. For good cause shown, the chairman, hearing officer, hearing examiner, board, or an agent of the board may also extend the time by which an act may be accomplished.

      (b) Computation of time. In computing any period of time under these rules, the board shall refer to IC 4-21.5-3-2 to compute a period of time for the filing of papers or accomplishing an act.
