Section 560IAC2-3-3. Withdrawal of complaint

   With the approval of the hearing examiner, a complaint may be withdrawn by the complainant at any time before the case is transferred to the board under 560 IAC 2-3-21 [section 21 of this rule]. With the approval of the board, a complaint may be withdrawn by the complainant at any time after the case is transferred to the board and before the board enters a final order in the case.
