Section 560IAC2-3-11. Examination of witnesses; depositions

  •    (a) Examination of witnesses. Witnesses at hearings shall be examined orally under oath, except that after the filing of an answer testimony may be taken by deposition and introduced in accordance with the Indiana Rules of Procedure.

      (b) Motion to take a deposition. Any party may take a deposition of any person. Such depositions shall be taken in accordance with the Indiana Rules of Procedure.
