Section 560IAC2-3-1. Definition; appointment of hearing examiner

For purposes of this section, the term "hearing examiner" shall mean a hearing examiner or agent of the board as provided for in IC 20-7.5-1-11(b). Upon the filing of a complaint, the chairman or his designee shall appoint a hearing examiner unless a board member or the board is to serve as hearing examiner.
