Section 560IAC2-2-8. Notice of election

   The board or its agent shall furnish the school employer with a notice of election for suitable posting. Such notices shall set forth the details and procedures for the election; the appropriate unit; the eligibility period; the date(s), hours, and place(s) of the election; and shall contain a sample ballot. Such notices shall be posted in prominent places at least five (5) days prior to the date of the election.
