Section 560IAC2-8-7. Board order on appeal

Latest version.

(a) The board shall issue a final order within thirty (30) days of the later of the following:

(1) The timely filing of an appeal.

(2) Receipt of the last brief from the parties.

(3) Conclusion of oral argument.
