Section 52IAC2-6-8. Summary judgment; partial summary judgment

(a) A party may, prior to the hearing, move for:

(1) summary judgment; or

(2) partial summary judgment;

pursuant to the Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure.

(b) A motion for summary judgment or partial summary judgment may:

(1) be considered a delay reasonably caused by the party filing the motion; and

(2) extend the time during which the hearing must be held.
