Section 515IAC8-1-6. Middle school setting

   (a) An applicant is eligible for the middle school setting if the applicant meets the requirements set forth in the following:

(1) Section 6.1 of this rule.

(2) At least one (1) content area set forth in the following:

(A) Sections 8 through 15 of this rule.

(B) Section 17 of this rule.

(C) Sections 19 through 23 of this rule.

(D) Sections 26 through 39 of this rule.

(3) 515 IAC 8-2-1.

(4) IC 20-28-5-3(c).

  (b) An applicant who meets the requirements of subsection (a) is eligible for a grade 5 through grade 9 school setting.
