Section 515IAC8-1-18. Driver and traffic safety education

Latest version.

(a) If the department determines an applicant meets:

(1) the requirement of section 1.6 of this rule to be eligible to teach driver and traffic safety education; and

(2) all other applicable requirements under this title;

the license shall list "driver and traffic safety education" as a content area.

(b) The holder of a license with driver and traffic safety education is eligible to teach driver and traffic safety education in the the [sic] grades listed on the license.
