Section 511IAC7-32-84. "Service plan" defined

"Service plan" means the written document that describes the specific special education and related services the public agency will provide to a parentally-placed nonpublic school student with a disability. The plan must:

(1) be developed and implemented in accordance with 511 IAC 7-34; and

(2) include the location of the services and any transportation that is necessary for the student to receive services.
