  •    "Resolution meeting" means a meeting that is convened by the public agency when a parent requests a due process hearing. The purpose of the meeting is for the parent to discuss the due process hearing request and the facts that form the basis of the request so that the public agency has the opportunity to resolve the dispute. Resolution meetings must be conducted according to 511 IAC 7-45-6.
