Rule 511IAC7-32. Definitions |
Section 511IAC7-32-24. "Directory information" defined
-
"Directory information" means information contained in an educational record of a student that would not generally be considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed. It includes, but is not limited to, the student's:
(1) name;
(2) address;
(3) telephone listing;
(4) electronic mail address;
(5) photograph;
(6) date and place of birth;
(7) grade level;
(8) major field of study;
(9) participation in officially recognized activities and sports and the weight and height of members of athletic teams;
(10) dates of attendance;
(11) degrees, honors, and awards received; and
(12) most recent previous educational agency or institution attended.
