Section 511IAC6.2-10-10. New schools

Latest version.

   (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), this section applies to schools that have:

(1) been open three (3) years or less; and

(2) not elected application of section 3 of this rule.

  (b) This section does not apply to a feeder school or a small school.
