Section 511IAC6.1-2-4. Health tests

   (a) The school corporation shall insure that every child in the school corporation has been immunized in accordance with IC 20-34-4-5.

  (b) The school corporation shall conduct visual acuity screening tests in accordance with IC 20-34-3-12 and 511 IAC 4-2-1 through 511 IAC 4-2-1.1.

  (c) The school corporation shall conduct annual audiometer tests in accordance with IC 20-34-3-14.

  (d) The school corporation shall administer a test to determine postural defects in accordance with IC 20-34-3-16 [IC 20-34-3-16 was repealed by P.L.4-2007, SECTION 1, effective July 1, 2007.].
