Section 511IAC5-1-3. Authority to grant diploma

   The department of education will grant the state of Indiana general educational development (GED) diploma on the basis of official GED test results, provided the requirements of section 2 of this rule are met. A school corporation or accredited nonpublic school has the option of issuing a GED diploma.
