  •    "Caseload" means the total number of students assigned to a teacher, speech-language pathologist, or a related services provider. The caseload of each teacher, speech-language pathologist, or related services provider shall be limited in number to allow the teacher, speech-language pathologist, or related services provider to implement each assigned student's IEP and shall be determined by the following:

    (1) The nature and severity of the students' disabilities.

    (2) The type and intensity of services needed as specified in the IEP.

    (3) The chronological ages of the students.

    (4) The total number of students with and without disabilities for whom the teacher has instructional responsibility.
