Section 50IAC5.1-3-9. Penalty

  •    (a) If a public utility company does not file the annual report required under section 2 of this rule with the state board on or before the due date, the company will incur a penalty of one hundred dollars ($100) per day for each day that the annual report is late.

      (b) An annual report is not considered to be complete unless the report contains the information required by the state board and is signed under the penalty for perjury by an authorized person.

      (c) A public utility company that does not file a complete annual report is subject to the penalty provided in subsection (a) for each day that the annual report is not complete.
