The definitions in this rule and 50 IAC 2.3-1-2(c), referring to the 2002 Real Property Assessment Manual and Guidelines 'Version A', apply throughout this article until February 28, 2012, at which time the definitions in this rule and 50 IAC 2.4-1-1(c), referring to the 2012 Real Property Assessment Manual and Guidelines, apply. Definitions and procedures in this article shall take precedence where differences exist.
