Section 50IAC26-8-3. Sales ratio study file format requirements

A county shall transmit sales ratio study data required under 50 IAC 27-9-3 to the department, including validated sales and parcel workbook information. All sales records must be verified and validated for ratio study consideration prior to submission to the department.
