Section 50IAC26-2-39. "Recertification" defined

"Recertification" means property tax management system software previously certified by the department is subsequently certified again due to changes in the software that require retesting of the complete software suite, or portions thereof, or changes in legislative or department requirements that necessitate retesting for compliance. This recertification testing may be performed by the department or local government as directed by the department.
