Section 50IAC26-2-22. "Data processing department" defined

"Data processing department" means a department or office of a county that has responsibility for the on-site development, installation, administration, and maintenance of any of the following:

(1) Assessment software.

(2) Tax and billing software.

(3) Property tax management systems.
