Section 470IAC2.1-4-5. Granting or continuation of assistance

   The county department will not deny, delay, or discontinue assistance pending a determination of good cause for refusal to cooperate if the applicant or recipient has complied with the requirements of 470 IAC 2.1-4-1 and 470 IAC 2.1-4-4 to furnish corroborative evidence and information.
