Section 470IAC2.1-1-1. Definitions

   (a) As used in this article, "division" means the division of family and children.

  (b) As used in this article, "county offices" means the county offices of the division of family and children.

  (c) As used in this article, "public assistance programs" means the assistance to families with dependent children, medical assistance, eye treatment, and state supplemental assistance programs.
