  •    Contracted providers of social services shall comply with the requirements of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Contracted providers shall not discriminate against any recipient or applicant for services under the contract or any employee or applicant for employment, to be employed in the performance of the contract with respect to hire, tenure, terms, conditions or privileges of employment or any matter directly or indirectly related to employment, because of sex, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, or handicap.
