Section 470IAC10.3-3-6. Supplemental Security Income recipients

(a) Individuals receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) are ineligible for assistance under this rule.

(b) SSI recipients' needs shall not be included in the cash assistance eligibility determination nor shall their income and assets be used in the eligibility determination.
