Section 470IAC1-3-4. Regular access authority to personnel records of state welfare department; limitation

   Regular Access Authority to Personnel Records of the Indiana State Department of Public Welfare. Except as otherwise provided by state or federal law or applicable State or federal regulation, regular access to personnel folders and employment related records concerning individual employees of the State Department of Public Welfare should be limited to the following persons: the employee or his authorized representative, the Administrator, the Personnel Officer and members of his staff, the Division Director and such other personnel as may exercise supervisory authority over the employee within the organizational structure of the Department.
