Section 470IAC10.3-4-1. TANF assistance eligibility test

In determining continuing eligibility for TANF assistance, the division shall use the federal poverty guideline for the family size. Assistance units with earnings and other countable income at least equal to the federal poverty guideline for the family size shall be ineligible for TANF assistance.
