Section 470IAC1-2-7. Confidential nature of assistance records; disclosure

Confidential Nature of Assistance Records. The case records and other information concerning applicants and recipients of assistance, under the Welfare Act of 1936, as amended, are confidential and their disclosure or use shall be confined to purposes directly connected with the administration of assistance.
